~SENATE BILL ACTIVITY regarding  bills 4463 & 4464, July update.~

Our bills are still very much alive at this time (July 2008).  The Michigan Senators are currently on Summer break and are due back soon!  We can assure you our efforts efforts are moving forward to get our bills passed and moved to the Governors desk for signing.

During the Senate summer break, we urge you to visit this site often for any updated information and direction.

Due to the current status of our bills and association throughout the Senate, we utilize our abilities to update this site as we feel it's necessary.  For obvious reasons, we are very selective as to when and what we select to share with members.  This selective process is necessary in order to be as productive as possible in Lansing while not allowing our opposition to obtain information to utilize in attempting to defeat our efforts to get these very important bills passed.

We certainly hope you understand the reason for this type of logic.  For it's in YOUR best interest that we do this and it's at the direction of our lobbying group & atty.  Continue to check the site regardless. Important information may be related to you at any given time!  We ask you to be patient with our stratigic efforts and continue support us as we attempt to move bills 4463 & 4464 forward in the Senate.

The following information continues to hold true!  Our bills ARE due for discussion and activity is still in progress.  These bills are far from being considered "dead" regardless of anything you may hear.  Don't be fooled by misinformation!

As of JULY 2008, the bills are alive, well and under strong consideration.

We urge you to follow media during the Senate break too!  There's been a lot of media coverage regarding access issues that have favored back lot property owners.

Michigan citizens throughout the state are experiencing more and more the importance of our bills being favored for passage at the Senate level.

Regardless of the Senate summer break, we can assure you continued efforts are in progress to get these bills passed.  Break? What break?  Get'r done!

Thanks for your continued support and understanding! Check this site often.
