Membership
The HLCA encourages all persons who are concerned about maintaining and improving water access rights at Higgins Lake to apply for membership. Membership can be requested via the Contact page of this web site by sending a note to the HLCA board requesting membership. Please include the following information with your request:

- Primary mailing address
- Phone number(s)
- Email address
- Road End of interest
If you or friends prefer to apply for membership by mail, please print and complete the application form and mail to the address on the form.Membership includes an annual dues obligation of $30. Members are requested to make payments by the end of the 1st quarter of each year. Dues payment reminders are sent to all members during the 1st quarter of each year.
