Higgins Lake Civic Association Annual Meeting and
additional information update
The Higgins Lake Civic Association hosted its annual membership meeting on May 23, 2009 at
Roscommon High School.Nominations were accepted for NEW board members. A request for
volunteers to work within certain committees of the H.L.C.A. was open to the general membership
and public.

NEW> located at the North State Park is the NEW Higgins Lake "Boat Wash". A FREE
service! Please make certain you clean your boat before entering the water and after removing
your boat & trailer. The Boat Wash station is open 24/7 and we ask that you
share the information with anyone who may access Higgins Lake with a boat & trailer.
We wish to remind our members to pay your annual membership dues. ($30.00) Any additional
donations are appreciated . Please make your payment payable to:

Being able to access Higgins Lake is paramount to us all. During our annual mtg. access options
were discussed. Continued discussions will take place during our regular scheduled monthly
meetings regarding access matters, legislation direction and general programs which benefit
our community population and Higgins Lake itself.
Many H.L.C.A. members are enquiring as to how they can
